The Labor Department said an average of 365,000 people applied for benefits every week over the past four weeks - the smallest number since before the Great Recession. Also, mortgage rates barely changed this week with 30-year loans at 4.4 percent and 15-year loans at 3.43 percent. Marlie Hall reports.
