High surf slams into the coast of Japan

Japanese authorities are concerned that torrential rain could cause landslides on Mount Ontake, where a volcano erupted earlier without warning. Concerns of power outages, flooding and continued strong surf threaten Japan as the typhoon heads directly for the country's most populous island. CBS News' Carter Evans reports.
